We do not ship to the United States or internationally.

Free shipping on orders totaling $99 or more before taxes for destinations from BC and the Maritimes.
All other shipping rates are calculated using Canada Post Ground.

If you wish to use Canada Post Priority Mail, or other Canada Post offerings, please contact us before making your purchase.

Oversized and overweight items do not qualify for free shipping.

Please note: We often ship in a recycled container as a way to save on environmental impact.

Returns must be within 30 days of receipt.
The item must be in original condition with all tags attached and with original packaging.
For footwear returns, the shoe box must be within a shipping box and the shoe box unaltered and unmarked.

Some items are non returnable and are final sale:

Swimsuits (including mens boardshorts)
Safety gear (Helmets)
 

To initiate a return
1. Contact us at info@northroadsports.com or call 250-247-9998 for an RA#
    Please Include your original receipt.
2.  Ship your return via courier or Canada Post. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
3.  Once your package is received we will refund your original payment method within 5 business days.

Shipping fees are non refundable.
